Spotlight Guest Appearance Terms & Conditions

By submitting the appearance fee and agreeing to be a guest on The Feminine Wave, the guest acknowledges and accepts the following terms:

The guest interview is intended to uplift, inspire, and empower women through authentic, values-aligned conversation. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appearances that do not align with our mission.

A one-time appearance fee of $197 USD (valued at $2,500) is required to confirm your spot. This fee supports the behind-the-scenes production, editing, and promotional efforts that ensure your episode shines across our platforms and reaches the audience it deserves.

• Your interview will be recorded and may be edited, reproduced, distributed, broadcast, adapted, and publicly published across any media channels, including but not limited to The Feminine Wave and Tara Becker platforms, including YouTube, podcast directories, social media, and promotional materials.
• We retain the right to repurpose content for future compilations, highlight reels, or other offerings.
• We encourage the Guest to promote the published episode freely across their own platforms and lists with proper attribution.

• You retain ownership of your personal stories, teachings, and brand materials shared during the interview.
• By participating, you grant The Feminine Wave and Tara Becker a non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness, voice, image, words, participation in the interview, and title or professional designation, both during and after the interview, and shared content in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, or derivative works derived from the interview.

• Once your episode has been scheduled, you will receive a copy of your interview, a digital Guest Expert Badge, and be featured on our YouTube channel and promotional materials.
• We may tag, mention, or link to your website and social channels to amplify your reach.

• We honor your time, energy, and expertise. In return, we ask for respectful communication, punctuality, and openness during the interview process.
• Any sensitive topics or boundaries should be communicated in advance so we can co-create a safe and empowering space.

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• The appearance fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future rescheduled interview, if needed.
• We reserve the right to reschedule interviews in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Should such a situation arise, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a new time that honors your availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel the interviews due to a misalignment of values. This would only occur if a guest has misrepresented themselves during the application process and the appearance fee has been processed, compromising the integrity of our collaboration.

By submitting your appearance fee, you agree to these terms and join us in co-creating a wave of feminine empowerment. Once we receive your transaction confirmation, you will receive further information to schedule your appearance date.
